PRO.MED.CS Praha a.s., business ID number: 00147893, registered office: Telčská 377/1, Michle, 140 00 Prague 4, Czech Republic (hereinafter the “Company”), which owns and operates the Website, is entitled to alter or remove the Website in part or in full at any time.

Users are not authorised to commercially use the Website’s content belonging to the Company and/or third parties stated on the Website, in particular in relation to trademarks and other intellectual property rights. Downloading, viewing and printing information from the Website is only permitted for personal use. Any use of the Website’s content for other than personal purposes or for commercial uses without the Company’s consent is not permitted.
The Website contains links to third party websites, but this does not automatically mean that the Company approves the content of such websites. The Company accepts no liability for the availability or content of such websites, or for any damage or injury resulting from the use of their content in any form. The Company provides links to other websites only for quick and convenient orientation and users visit them at their own risk.

If you are interested in information about the collection and processing of personal data, please contact the operator of a specific website directly.
When operating the Website, the Company uses the Matomo website analytics platform to analyse traffic to the Website, identify potential security threats or problems with the Website’s indexing in search engines, evaluate the popularity of the content, and generally improve the Website’s user-friendliness with maximum respect for users’ privacy.
The Matomo platform is operated on-premise and set up so that it generates statistical reports, including aggregated data. Based on these reports, the Company may take the appropriate measures responsibly, e.g. change the layout of the Website with regard to traffic, etc. All data that the Matomo platform uses is collected and used in the Website’s environment so that, thanks to a number of security measures including anonymisation techniques, it is not possible to directly or indirectly associate the data with a specific user. The data are then stored for no more than 180 days. The company does not use the Matomo platform to create any user profiles.
The Website respects the “do-not-track” functionality set up in a browser and visits with this setting are not recorded.
The Company and all its branches undertake to respect your privacy and process your personal data in accordance with these terms and the relevant legal regulations, in particular European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter the “GDPR”). These terms transparently inform Website users and other affected persons of the material circumstances of processing of their personal data in connection with the use of the Website. Unless stated otherwise in a specific case, the Company is the controller of your personal data within the meaning of the GDPR.
The Company processes your personal data using the Website for the following purposes, in particular, which the relevant legal grounds in accordance with the GDPR correspond to. We will always only retain your personal data for the necessary period to achieve the stated purpose for which we collected it, including compliance with any related statutory duties.
Your personal data that you provide to us, in particular through forms on the Website, will be kept as confidential and processed in accordance with the terms, to which you agree by sending the relevant form.

The Company will process your personal data primarily itself and partly through processors authorised to do so, such as external information system operators or other professional service providers processing personal data in accordance with the Company’s instructions based on the relevant contract. The Company will provide you with additional details about the involvement of any processors when we obtain your personal data, e.g. when you respond to a job offer, complete a form or at any later time, if you ask the Company for such information.
The Company does not intend to transfer your personal data outside of the EU/EEA to third countries within the meaning of the GDPR, with the exception of cases where it is necessary to fulfil one of the aforementioned purposes, and then only on the condition that an appropriate level of protection of your data is ensured, for example as in the case of the use of hCaptcha as a part of the forms on the Website.
In connection with personal data processing under these terms, you are entitled to the rights set out in Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, specifically:
right to access personal data, which enables you to obtain information about whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed and the terms of their processing, as well as to obtain access to such data;
